The service was terrific. Enjoyed the room with ensuite bathrooms, absolutely perfect.- My bed was exceptionally comfortable.- The breakfast had a wide range of options and included coffee and tea.- The location of the property was great, close to the center of London.- Tried some nice meals at Lebanese Delicafe, located minutes away from the hotel.- I spent a fairly nice time here, recommend to anyone.

Everything was really good, the wifi was free. Standard twin room was functional, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were particularly busy.
